The task included obtaining the necessary input materials for design, preparation of architectural and construction inventory of premises, preparation of technical expert opinion regarding the premises, development of the building permit design to the extent necessary to obtain building permit decision and preparation of Health Safety and Protection (HASP) Plan information, development of detailed engineering designs in three trades (construction, sanitary, electrical, telecommunications and IT network), execution of construction works in all trades, obtaining occupancy permit.
