Design and execution of extension, renovation and modernisation of the historic building of Mazowiecki Instytut Kultury (Mazovia Institute of Culture)

The subject of the investment is the design and execution of construction works related to building a superstructure, reconstruction, renovation and modernisation of the  Mazowiecki Instytut Kultury – MIK (Mazovia Institute of Culture) building at ul. Elektoralna 12, 00-139 Warsaw, entered into the Heritage Register of Cultural Property under No. A-l 18 as regards the reconstruction of the interior of the existing building, including raising the roof ridge thanks to which the form of the roof from before World War II will be restored through the restoration of the historical state – reconstruction of the historical elements, reconstruction of the existing sanitary and electrical installations, together with the renovation of the flat roof layers over the auditorium and renovation of the terrace over the column portico.
