The task included development of the detailed design documentation, obtaining necessary agreements, decisions, opinions and permits, as well as implementation of multi-trade renovation works provided for in the contract, along with the arrangement of all necessary acceptance and approvals for use.

Under the contract, construction works were carried out consisting in renovation of the first floor in building “D”, including reconstruction of rooms of the Transplantation and Heart Failure Clinic, reconstruction of other rooms along the corridor of the first floor in the existing hospital building, together with simultaneous adaptation to applicable regulations, in particular fire regulations.
